How do I return an item?
Original tags must be attached to the returns.
• EXCHANGE ONLY: Customer is responsible for all shipping
• Contact Valley Greek within 3-5 business days of the delivery date
• Merchandise will be exchanged if showing no signs of wear or damage in any way. Merchandise will not be exchanged if it was purchased over 30 days.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped, contact Customer Support immediately. Please return the merchandise that is defective. Valley Greek will pay the shipping cost.
EXCHANGES are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS AFTER 30 CALENDAR DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE
Again, you MUST contact us within 3-5 days if you intend to return ANY item for exchange. Items returned to us AFTER 5 business days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
